What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, optional finish interest, optional quantity interest, signup time, consent notice version, source, and unsubscribe status. A short-lived in-memory network identifier may be used to limit abusive submissions, but it is not stored with your waitlist record.
First-party analytics
To understand site performance and product interest, we collect page views, page paths, referring hostnames, campaign source fields, viewport width, engagement time, scroll depth milestones, calls-to-action clicked, 3D viewer engagement, finish selections, waitlist form starts and submissions, and confirmed waitlist signups.
The server uses a network address and browser user agent only long enough to create a secret-keyed pseudonymous visitor hash. Raw IP addresses and user-agent strings are not stored in the analytics table. The hash helps estimate unique visitors without placing an analytics identifier in the browser.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to operate the list, send EXO launch and availability updates, and honor unsubscribe requests. We use analytics to measure traffic sources, site engagement, product-viewer interest, waitlist conversion, and which pages or calls to action are useful. Joining does not create an order or product reservation.
Providers
Waitlist and analytics data are stored by Exo Studio, LLC in the same first-party application and SQLite database hosted on Fly.io. We may use Resend or SMTP for email delivery. If operational notifications are enabled, we may send new waitlist signup details, including the email address, to a private Discord webhook. Analytics events are never sent to Discord. Waitlist information is not sent to a payment provider, and analytics events are not sent to a third-party analytics service.
Cookies and browser storage
No analytics cookies are used. The first-party analytics system does not use cookies, localStorage, or another persistent browser identifier. A random page-visit identifier is generated in browser memory and is not saved in browser storage. It is sent with measurement events and stored with the analytics event records for up to 180 days.
Retention
Analytics events use a rolling retention period of 180 days and are then automatically deleted. Waitlist records are retained while the list is active and as needed to maintain unsubscribe suppression records, security, and legal compliance.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in an email. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact page. Blocking the analytics request does not affect access to the website or waitlist.
